What kind of artists does Water Music Collective work with?
Independent jazz, alternative, ambient, world, contemporary folk, cinematic, neo-classical and genre-crossing artists — soloists, duos, trios and small ensembles who perform their music live and want to build a sustainable international career.
Do you actually invest in artists?
Yes — this is a real investment, not a service you pay for. The Collective puts in money, time and resources: production, music videos, sync licensing, live shows and, budget permitting, travel and accommodation for festival performances. The 50/50 partnership reflects that shared investment.
How do you promote a release?
Through platforms we own and curate — the Water Music festival and live showcases, airplay on Jazz FM radio, and editorial coverage in our Music For Thought online magazine — alongside partner playlists, music blogs and cultural media. Promotion is built into the partnership.
How do I submit my music?
Use the application form on this page, or email info@watermusic.lt with your artist name, country, genre, a short biography, Spotify and YouTube links, a live performance video and your three best tracks.
What does the partnership look like?
For selected artists we offer an exclusive partnership of at least five years — a typical 50% artist / 50% collective structure, individually shaped around each project. The Collective invests management, production, promotion, live booking and festival access.
Is Water Music Collective part of Water Music Festival?
Yes. The Collective is the year-round artist platform of Water Music — the same team behind the festival, extending it into a boutique label, management, radio, magazine and live-showcase network across Europe.
