Sharif Khilef (Czech Republic) joins Water Music Festival 2026 in Ignalina on July 30. Sharif Khilef is a multicultural musician whose distinctive sound comes from combining the traditions of different musical worlds. Through oud, guitar, voice and original compositions, his music explores the connections between Western and Middle Eastern musical traditions, creating something distinctive, emotional and deeply human. Alongside traditional Arabic songs he performs his own music, blending heritage with a modern, intimate expression. He also leads the multicultural band Rifoo.
